The Delaware County LEPC is currently involved in a Special Project to address the issue of "PUBLIC NOTIFICATION and ALERTING" throughout Delaware County.

Significant research has already been conducted and surveys taken among the Public, Business, and First Responders, in order that the most efficient Alerting System can be designed and implemented within budgetary constraints.

Conoco-Phillips of Trainer has been a major financial contributor to this critical Project.
